MERCHANDISE	DESCRIPTION OF THE MERCHANDISE	DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE CLASSIFICATION AND ACQUIREMENT OF LICENSES	LICENSES OR OTHER REGULATIONS WE WILL REQUEST
Ambulances and Mobile Clinics.	Specify trade mark, model, serial number, type of fuel it uses, cylinders and whether the entire equipment it has is integrated to the vehicle; the additional equipment is to be listed separately.	Copy of the Property Title. Photographs.	Previous Import License on behalf of the Economy Secretariat.
Buses and School Buses (for the use of the school institutions).	Specify trade mark, model, serial number, type of fuel it uses, cylinders, number of passengers and whether it is integral or mounted on a chassis.	Copy of the Property Title. Photographs.	Previous Import License on behalf of the Economy Secretariat.
Fire Engines.	Specify trade mark, model, serial number and type of fuel it uses. The additional equipment such as axes, ladders, shovels, boots, helmets, jackets, must be listed separately.	Copy of the Property Title. Photographs.	None.
Garbage Trucks equipped with a compacter, Sweeping Cars and Tankers.	Specify trade mark, model, serial number, type of fuel it uses as well as total weight of the vehicle with load in kilograms.	Copy of the Property Title. Photographs.	Previous Import License on behalf of the Economy Secretariat.
Tow Trucks, Bus for dredging and Trucks with hydraulic equipment.	Specify trade mark, model, serial number and type of fuel it uses.	Copy of the Property Title. Photographs.	Previous Import License on behalf of the Economy Secretariat.
New or Used Computing Equipment as well as its peripheries destined to school Institutions.	Specify trade mark, processor version, CDROM capacity and serial number. Integral Equipments: State as a whole (same trade mark). Assembled Equipments: State separately (CPU, mouse, keyboard, monitor (B/W or color and measurement). Printers: ink injection, laser, thermal and point of matrix.	Photographs. Instructions manuals for operation.	None.
Medical Equipment and Laboratory Instruments.	Specify name and serial number, in its case, use (type of rehabilitation and/or branch of medicine in which it is used), technical and physical characteristics of the equipment and/or the instruments and material and parts that compose it.	Catalogues. Manuals. Brief written by the beneficiary specifying the establishments to which the products are to be delivered. Health license or notice of operation. Notice of person responsible for health measures. Copy of professional certificate of the physician who will be responsible.	Sanitary Notice, Sanitary Registration or Sanitary Authorization on behalf of the Health Secretariat.
Wheel chairs.	Specify whether they are, manual or electric.	None.	None.
Orthopedic equipment.	Specify characteristics of use and material of production.	None.	Sanitary Notice on behalf of the Health Secretariat.
Medical products such as: bandages, injections, forceps.	Specify composition of the material, describe whether they are permeated in medical substances, usage and physical characteristics, capacity in ml. (in its case).	Brief written by the beneficiary specifying the establishments to which the products are to be delivered. Health license or notice of operation. Notice of person responsible for health measures. Copy of professional certificate of the physician who will be responsible.	Sanitary Notice, Sanitary Registration or Sanitary Authorization on behalf of the Health Secretariat.
Medicaments, medicines and/or vitamins.	Specify expiration date, active substance and composition, generic name, usage and presentation, capacity in ml. (in its case).	Brief written by the beneficiary specifying the establishments to which the products are to be delivered. Health license or notice of operation. Notice of person responsible for health measures. Copy of professional certificate of the physician who will be responsible.	Sanitary Authorization on behalf of the Health Secretariat.
Diverse Prosthesis and Rehabilitation Prosthesis.	Specify usage (type of rehabilitation and/or branch of medicine in which it is used) and characteristics.	None.	Sanitary Authorization on behalf of the Health Secretariat.
Reconstructed eye-glasses or frames.	Specify if they are: Contact lenses, Eye glasses without frames (bifocals or monofocals), Plastic or glass (monofocals or bifocals), Only frames (material of production).	None.	None.
Bottled water and canned food.	Specify: expiration, type, presentation, capacity and characteristics.	Sanitary certificate from the country of origin or Certificate for free sale and its laboratory test (issued by the Sanitary Authority from the country where the donor lives or the place the merchandise comes form)	Sanitary Notice or Sanitary Registration on behalf of the Health Secretariat. In its case, Fitozoosanitary Permission on behalf of the Agricultural and Livestock Farming Secretariat.
Books.	Specify type of work: universal literature, technical, scientific, art, biographical, dictionaries, encyclopedias, diaries, newspapers, albums, books with pictures, leaflets, brochures, etc., publishing and printing place and language.	None.	None.
Fire extinguishers and Oxygen tanks.	Specify it use, capacity in kg., volume capacity in lt., production material and whether they have a valve.	None.	None.
Musical Instruments.	Name Technical specifications: electric, air, strings, vertical.	None.	None.
Sports articles.	Specify: Type, branch and production material.	Instruction manuals.	None.
Products for personal hygiene and Home cleaning products.	Specify: name, use and purpose of the product, presentation form, and/or capacity (bars, powder, liquid, cream, permeated, etc.)	None.	None.
School and Office equipment.	Specify: production material (wood, metal, plastic, rattan and pointing out if they have two or more of the materials), country of origin, characteristics (electric, manual), purpose (the ones used in offices, in schools, in bedrooms, in kitchens, medical)	Photographs.	If they are totally wooden, needs Fitosanitary Certificate on behalf of the Environmental Secretariat.
Toys not coming from China (principally).	Specify characteristics: intended for children to mount them, that represents human beings or a trade or animals, height in cm. of the dolls reduced on a scale, electric, therapeutic and/or stuffed. Name production material (paper, card-board, cloth, metal, wood) and presentation form (in games, videogames, cards, inflatable, etc.)	Letter “Under Oath of Telling the Truth” the country of origin of the toys, subscribed by the donor.	Compensatory Fee depending on the origin, in this case it can’t authorized.
New clothes and new shoes not coming from China (principally).	Sort out and identify on account of type (for men, boys, women, girls, unisex), production material in percentages (wool, cotton, linen, silk, polyester, etc.) and specify type of garment.	Letter “Under Oath of Telling the Truth” the country of origin of the clothes, subscribed by the donor.	According to country of origin: previous license on behalf of the Economy Secretariat. Compensatory Fee depending on the origin, in this case it can’t authorized.

IMPORTANT: All the descriptions, information and documents have to be translated to Spanish.
